Lamai Muay Thai has been on Koh Samui since 1998 and is sanctioned by the World Muay Thai Council, making it the island's oldest established camp. Morning and evening group sessions run daily. Beginners, kids and families are welcome alongside the main sessions. Classes cover technique, pad work, sparring and conditioning.
