At a glance

M19 was founded in 2019 by Geoffray Lazzaro, a French professional with over 45 fights who trained at Sor Sommai alongside Seksan and Kwanmuang before opening his own camp in the Koh Phangan jungle. The signature product is Zero to Hero: a minimum four-week immersive program with twice-daily training, accommodation, meals, a motorbike, ice bath recovery, and a real Muay Thai fight at the end. Walk-in training is also available for those who prefer flexibility.
